Which Pharmacian cream is right for me?
Choose by your main concern:

Can I use two Pharmacian creams together?
Yes. We suggest two pairings:
- Everyday care: PDRN12000 + NMN30000.
- Night care: PDRN12000 + MELALESS 100,000.
If you are new to active ingredients, start with one cream and add the second after two weeks. For help fitting both into your routine, message us on WhatsApp.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
All three are labelled for all skin types. Patch-test on the inner arm for 24 hours first, and stop use if redness, swelling or itching appears.
What do the numbers in the names mean?
They are the labelled amount of the key ingredient in parts per million (ppm):
- PDRN12000 = 12,000 ppm PDRN.
- NMN30000 = 30,000 ppm NMN.
- MELALESS 100,000 = 100,000 ppm (10%) of its three brightening ingredients combined.
Is the NMN cream the same as NMN supplements?
No. NMN30000 is a cosmetic cream applied to the skin. It is not a supplement and is not taken by mouth.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Are prices in Ringgit?
Yes, all prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable SST.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Throughout Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 flat rate, free on orders of RM200 or more. Delivery takes about 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: calculated at checkout. Delivery takes about 5–10 working days after dispatch.
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment. To confirm: Proposed rates and times, final once courier quotes are confirmed. See Shipping and Delivery .
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, if you change your mind within 7 days of delivery and the item is sealed, unopened and unused. You cover the shipping both ways. Opened or used items can’t be returned unless they are faulty. See Returns and Refunds .
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take photos of the parcel and product, then WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement.
