We deliver Pharmacian orders from our team in Kuala Lumpur. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not ship outside Malaysia at the moment.
Delivery partner
Orders are delivered by [courier name]. When your order is on its way, we send you a tracking link by email.
Processing time
We pack orders and hand them to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed after 12 noon (Malaysia time) or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping fees

If something goes wrong
- Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because the address given was wrong or incomplete, you pay the re-delivery fee. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.
- Damaged or missing items: contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will help you. This does not affect your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
- Lost parcels: if tracking has not updated for more than 5 working days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
