Our products
Pharmacian products are cosmetics for external use. Product information on this site follows the pack. It is not medical advice. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, patch-test first and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable SST. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. There is no maximum order quantity, subject to stock availability.
Payment
We accept [payment methods, e.g. FPX online banking and debit/credit cards] through [payment provider]. Payment must be completed before we dispatch your order.
Promotions
Promotional prices and codes are valid only for the stated period and terms, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Special prices for our influencer launch campaign apply for 10 days from the campaign start date shown on the site, while stocks last. [Campaign start date: expected December 2026.]
