What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and what you bought.
When you contact us: your name, email, phone number (if given) and your message.
Payments: handled by [payment provider]. We do not see or store your full card details.
When you browse: cookies and similar technologies, including [Google Analytics 4, if enabled], to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used.

To process, deliver and support your orders.

To send order and delivery updates.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires:

Orders and payment records: 7 years after the end of the financial year of the order, to meet Malaysian accounting and tax record-keeping rules.
Enquiries: 2 years after our last contact with you, unless they relate to an order.
Marketing: until you unsubscribe. We then keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we don’t email you again.
Customer accounts: until you ask us to close your account, then as above for its orders.
